Research Topics

The Boston University School of Medicine Mass Spectrometry Resource is involved in fundamental basic research in mass spectrometry and in collaborative research with the biomedical community.

Some of the core basic research projects currently underway are described at the following sites:
Amyloid
Carbohydrates
Electron Capture Dissociation
Glycosaminoglycans
High Pressure MALDI
Lipid Antigens
Development of a Cryogenic FTMS
RF Oscillator Circuit for Multipole Ion Guides.

This is a small list of the research topics currently under investigation at the Mass Spectrometry Resource. It will grow as more descriptions are added to this new website.
