Join Matt Cowger, a leading international expert on storage virtualization, as he presents a seminar to address the cutting edge of storage and virtualized computing and how academic centers can apply it to enhance research productivity and capability. Formerly of Salesforce.com, Matt is one of 53 people in the world to hold the VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) certification, holds the patents on methods for large scale virtual machine deployments (over 8000 VMs deployed per day) and has “broken too many ‘unbreakable’ systems to count”. Currently a Master Virtualization & Storage Engineer for Hewlett-Packard, Matt has lectured at international conferences on virtualization.
