Use this form to check your club’s funding for the year, how much has been spent, and how much is remaining. Please be aware there is some lag time after spending as budgets are updated. Please email scomsa@bu.edu if you need any clarifications or need to report a discrepancy.

Semester Budget Request

Please review our funding guidelines and our subpages on planning events before submitting this form. Failure to follow them WILL result in rejection or delay of your funding request.

Student Group Adhoc Funding Request

All adhoc requests must follow our funding guidelines. This is a limited pool of money that resets every semester – if we run out of this pool of money, the adhoc request process will close. There is NO extra money to be accessed.
