  • Education Jessica McCaffery, LCSW, is a Social Worker and Therapist. Jessica has experience working with populations including children, older adults, people experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, and families who have lost loved ones to community violence. Jessica’s goal is to provide a space for patients to feel safe and heard, by practicing therapy through a trauma-informed lens. When working with patients she uses a range of trauma-informed modalities including: Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, she is part of the RESTORE Center, providing patients with evidence-based treatments for PTSD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR). Jessica also independently creates and presents self-care workshops for populations who serve others, including BMC Clinicians, Americorps volunteers, professors, staff members at non-profit organizations, and more.
