Education Eva Ray, LCSW provides outpatient individual therapy to pregnant and post-partum mothers in OB/GYN. She holds an MSW from UCLA with a concentration in Child and Family Well-being. Her post-graduate work includes a Certificate in Integrative Trauma Psychotherapy from Fairfield University, Certificate in Working with Survivors Giving Birth and VA Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation. Her clinical interests are perinatal mood disorders, infant-parent mental health, transgenerational trauma, and sexual and domestic violence. She utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing from both cognitive-based and body-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma Resiliency Model and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to accompany her clients along their own path towards self-discovery, healing and growth.
