Dr. Vila inducted into GHHS
Cayla Vila, MD, PGY3 Neurology resident, was inducted today into the School of Medicine’s Robert Russell, M.D. Chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS), a national society recognizing and supporting humanistic exemplars in medicine. She has also been awarded The Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, based on her commitment to teaching and compassionate treatment of patients, families, students, and colleagues. Dr. Vila is one of six BMC residents to receive the award.
