GIM Hosts Inaugural Research Staff Retreat
GIM hosted its inaugural Research Staff Retreat last month! The half-day retreat brought together research staff from different projects across the Section. After opening remarks by Marc Larochelle, the Associate Chief of Research, attendees heard from a panel of experienced research professionals — Jacqueline German, Alissa Cruz, Carly Bridden, and Jose Baez — who shared their unique perspectives and offered career advice. The event concluded with various workgroup sessions on professional development and helpful tools and tips related to research.
The event served as an opportunity to build community and received positive feedback. Thank you to all of those who attended and presented!
