Her program of research aims to address access and quality of care gaps for PTSD among minoritized groups, including racial, ethnic, and sexual and gender minority populations. Research projects often explore adaptation of PTSD treatments (and conceptual treatment models) to dually address stressors unique to marginalized groups, including stress related to discrimination, internalized stigma, and conditions of poverty.
