The University

Boston University, incorporated in 1869, is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian, urban university. Nineteen thousand full-time undergraduates, 2,000 graduate students and more than 2,400 faculty contribute to the stimulating academic atmosphere and research excellence of this world-renowned university.
