REMINDER: The last day for work order submissions for Fiscal Year 2012 will be JUNE 29TH, 2012. There is NO guarantee that any work order submitted by that date will be completed and charged in the month of June. If the work is completed after this date, it will be charged in Fiscal Year 2013. If possible, please limit work order submissions to emergencies (if immediate attention is needed, contact the Control desk at 617-638-4144). By submitting a work order, you are authorizing the Office of Facilities Management to charge the account submitted once the work is completed.
