According to the CDC, Fluzone, a higher dose vaccine will be available for adults 65 and over for the 2011-2012 flu season.  This is an effort to increase immunity against the virus in the coming season to decrease the incidence of post-vaccine infection. http://www.cdc.gov/flu/protect/vaccine/qa_fluzone.htm
