Learning Objectives
The learning objectives for the BCAI are as follows. BCAI aims to:
- Identify the agents and describe modes of infection and general epidemiology of influenza;
- Apply hands-on medical skills to administer a flu vaccination correctly and efficiently;
- Communicate to the patient the safety importance in obtaining a flu vaccination for the patient and their community; and
- Identify their compassion by serving the underserved populations within Boston.
