- Cell capture target per sample varies by the number of samples multiplexed, and the maximum is 20K total. Targeting 10K cells per sample allows multiplexing 2 samples. Targeting ~6K cells per sample allows multiplexing 3 samples. Targeting 5K cells per sample allows multiplexing 2 samples.
