A "custom protocol" refers to library generation that DOES NOT use a commercially available kit or uses one with custom primers or other modifications. If a custom or modified protocol was used, you MUST consult the Core.

Individual library volumes must be "pooled" into a combined volume before injection into the sequencing flow cell.

You can download and fill out the library information excel sheet here before uploading it below. Please give the entire sequence of your indices, not only the well location or index name. Also, please indicate the volume of each library if you are submitting them individually.
