Addiction Consult Service

The Addiction Consult Service (ACS) transitions hospitalized patients with substance use disorders to post-hospitalization substance use treatment. 

CATALYST

The Center for Addiction Treatment for AdoLescent/Young adults who use SubsTances (CATALYST) program provides a wide range of services to help patients up through age 25 who use alcohol or drugs, as well as their families.

Faster Paths

Faster Paths to Treatment is an urgent care program for those with substance use disorders. The Faster Paths team works to rapidly evaluate, motivate, and refer patients to a comprehensive care network.

Office Based Addiction Treatment Program

The Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) Program is the largest hospital-based addiction treatment program in New England. The OBAT team treats patients with approved medications for substance use disorders within a primary care setting. 

Project TRUST

Project TRUST provides addiction treatment resources, harm reduction education and supplies, and navigation to medical services (primary care, urgent care, etc.) for those struggling with substance use. They also provide services for hepatitis management/treatment and sexually transmitted diseases.

SafeSpot

SafeSpot Overdose Hotline is a 24/7 virtual spotting service that connects people who are using drugs with a trained operator who can activate an emergency safety plan if needed.

SMART Recovery Group Meeting

The SMART Recovery Group Meeting is a mutual support group meeting for those seeking addiction recovery. They are held weekly on Fridays from 2:00-3:00PM at Boston Medical Center.
