Tuition and Fees

Tuition for chief residents and faculty is fully covered by a grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). For fellows, tuition is fully covered by a grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) for up to 5 fellows.

Currently, a deposit is not required to secure placement. However, if participants cancel less than 30 days prior to the program start, we may request partial or full reimbursement for any related expenses incurred by the program.

Chief Residents

The grant supports up to 15 full chief resident scholarships that cover travel and accommodations. Depending on available space, a limited number of chief residents will be accepted without a full scholarship and can attend if able to secure their own funding for the three-night stay and meeting package (approximately $1,097) and travel. All participants must stay onsite at the Wylie Inn & Conference Center.

Faculty Mentors

There is no grant support for faculty mentor travel and accommodations. Faculty mentors of chief residents are responsible for their own travel costs, as well as the three-night stay and meeting package (approximately $1,097). They must stay onsite at the Wylie Inn & Conference Center. CME credits are provided at no cost.

Fellows

The grant supports five full scholarships that cover travel and accommodations. Depending on available space, a limited number of fellows will be accepted without a full scholarship and can attend if able to secure their own funding for the three-night stay and meeting package (approximately $1,097) and travel. All fellows must stay onsite at the Wylie Inn & Conference Center.
