• Title Graduate Student – Emili Lab
  • Office K323
  • Area of Interest Bioinformatics, protein interaction networks

Ahmed is a PhD student in the bioinformatics program. During his time in the lab, his research involved developing computational approaches to studying protein interaction networks. These projects included investigating the dynamics of bacterial protein interactions in response to different growth conditions, as well as using single-cell sequencing data to infer cell-level protein interactomes.
