• Title Graduate Student – Emili Lab
  • Office K323
  • Area of Interest Biomolecular pharmacology

After several years studying drug disposition in industry, Stan joined the Emili lab in May 2021 through the PhD program in Biomolecular Pharmacology. He hopes to build expertise in mass spectrometry while using it as a tool to investigate drug action. Currently, Stan is working on a chemoproteomic platform to identify the protein targets of bioactive small molecules, with the goals of improving phenotypic screening strategies, repurposing drugs, and discovering molecular probes. Stan also has a pet interest in psychopharmacology and will collaborate with the Laboratory of Addiction Genetics to identify proteins involved in opioid addiction.
