Mass Spectrometry Resource
The department also maintains the Mass Spectrometry facility. The BUSM Mass Spectrometry Resource is engaged in the development and application of mass spectrometry methods for biology and medicine with primary emphasis on studies of oligosaccharides and glycoconjugates. Applied Biosystems Real-Time PCR Systems
The Department houses 2 shared ABI 7300 and a Applied Biosystems ViiA Real-Time PCR Systems. These systems have multicolor detections systems that allow a variety of applications to be performed. They are currently located on K2 and K6 and are available on a sign-up basis. Questions regarding usage or training can be sent to Celeste Rich at cbrich@bu.edu
Core Facilities

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is housed within the Division of Graduate Medical Sciences.
