A "custom protocol" refers to library generation that DOES NOT use a commercially available kit or uses one with custom primers or other modifications. If a custom or modified protocol was used, you MUST consult the Core.

Do you need the MSR Core to pool your libraries?(Required)

Individual library volumes must be "pooled" into a combined volume before injection into the sequencing flow cell.

Please download and fill out the library information excel sheet here before uploading it above. Please give the entire sequence of your indices, not only the well location or index name. Also, please indicate the volume of each library if you are submitting them individually.

Analysis

The BUMSR Core uses Illumina’s BaseSpace cloud platform to store and transfer sequencing data. If you (or the analyst assigned to your study) have not previously, please sign up for a free BaseSpace account at here and provide the email used to register below.
