Please indicate the exact name of the RNA Isolation Kit you used to prepare your samples. If you did not use a kit, please specify your process and place additional details in the "Final Notes" section of this form.

Did you perform DNAse digestion (or similar process) during RNA isolation to remove genomic DNA?(Required)

Please indicate the type of DNA you would like assayed on the bioanalyzer (e.g. sequencing library). The bioanalyzer assay DOES NOT accommodate Whole Genomic DNA.

Do you have specific parameters for QC of your DNA?

Please list below any details about how we should run your DNA samples. Relevant details could include: specific assay type stipulated by your protocol; concentration or dilution recommended in your protocol; or range of size for which you would like quantification (e.g., yield from 400-8000bp).
