The digital signage system promotes BMC events, announcements and news to staff via 10 flat screen TVs located in the lobbies and cafeterias of BMC buildings. When submitting content for posting, consider the following:

- Is it timely?
Examples of digital signage announcements:
- Programs/Events (Patriots Shirt Day, lectures)
- Wellness (Yoga, Music for Relaxation, Smoking Cessation)
Facility and operational messages, such as system downtimes, are not appropriate for the digital signage system. Please contact Communications at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with publicizing these messages.
