She joined the BUSM community in 1994.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Her nominators said, \u201cNancy is the department\u2019s, if not the university\u2019s, go-to person with training grant administrative questions. Not a week goes by where she does not help those with less experience. She has an open door for everyone and her office is a place where everyone feels comfortable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The nomination states, \u201cNancy treats every person with respect.
