Failure to do so may result in your request being rejected or delayed!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Funding requests must be submitted at least <strong><em>3 days prior to the<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/scomsa\/home\/meetings\/\">SCOMSA meeting<\/a> before your event<\/strong>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No retroactive funding will be available<\/span>. SCOMSA meetings are typically held the first Wednesday of the month, so this means all funding requests must be submitted the\u00a0<em><strong>Sunday before any given\u00a0meeting by 11:59 pm<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reimbursements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reimbursement materials\u00a0must be\u00a0must be submitted\u00a0<strong>within 30 days <\/strong>of the event. Receipts must be ITEMIZED and have your FULL NAME on them or they will not be accepted.\u00a0 Please submit your Conference <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/scomsa\/reimbursements\/research-reimbursement\/\">Reimbursements<\/a>\u00a0<strong>AFTER<\/strong> your event. We are unable to issue reimbursements before an event occurs!<\/p>\n<p><em>*Please remember that when you submit a request for funding, you should always get an automated confirmation email and a personal confirmation email from the SCOMSA email account stating the meeting at which we will vote on your request. This second confirmation may take a few days.
