Working closely with the Office of Finance &amp; Grants Administration, the Business Administration division oversees and provides support for administrative actions and operations including but not limited to:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"spaced-list\">\n<li><strong>HR Actions and Position Creation \u2013<\/strong> Collaborate with department administrative staff and the HR compensation office on position creation, leveling, and promotions.
