This talk will define the terms moral injury and burnout, and describe the impact of COVID-19 on our existing poor baseline. It will discuss the barriers getting help in medical culture, include self-stigma, and along with data and some tangible tips, Dr. Gold will discuss her own experience as a burned out burn out expert.<\/p>\n<h5 align=\"left\"><strong>Learning Objectives:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>1.
