WRAP’s research group has linked electronic medical record data to geocoding data and other sources to investigate the sociodemographic and clinical predictors of adverse outcomes in early psychosis. <\/span>By combining data from multiple sources, we hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of the social determinants of health on the course of early psychosis.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Through our epidemiologic work, we aim to:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Identify and reduce racial, ethnic, gender, and socioeconomic disparities in outcomes in early psychosis <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Expand access to evidenced-based specialty psychosis care<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Improve long-term outcomes in schizophrenia through translational work<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Our multi-disciplinary research team includes undergraduate, Master-level, and Post-doctoral trainees, data analysts, epidemiologists, peer specialists, psychologists, and physician-scientists across disciplines in the biomedical sciences. <\/span>We strongly value collaboration with those with diverse skill sets and perspectives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
