Safra Nurse Educator Program at the Parkinson&#8217;s Foundation, August 17-19th. Cathi Thomas RN, MS, CNRN served as the site Director and has delivered the Safra program since the program start in 2008. The program is designed to provide training and support to train future nurses on Parkinson&#8217;s Care. BU movement disorder faculty participated in this program including Ray James, RN, MSCR, Dr. Marie Saint-Hilaire, Dr. Steve Han, and Dr. Kara Smith along with Dr. Terry Ellis and the Physical Therapy team at Boston University Sargent College. Annie Li Wong, MS, RN, GNP-BC is the National director of the program and joined us at this event. Nursing faculty from Providence College, Northeastern University, Yakima Valley College, Manchester Community College, Thomas Jefferson University, and the University of San Francisco.
