Student Financial Support (SFS) provides students with tools and guidance to manage financial aid while at Boston University Medical Campus (BUMC) as well as the resources to be financially successful upon graduation.\u00a0 Financial aid is offered each academic year and you must re-apply annually to be considered eligible to receive aid.<\/p>\n

View the Eligibility<\/a> page for more information.<\/p>\n Please note that per federal aid guidelines as set by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, beginning the 2026-2027 academic year professional students as outlined by the Act may be eligible for a maximum of $50,000 in federal direct unsubsidized loan. Upon submission of your FAFSA, you may receive an automated message that you may only be eligible for $20,500 as a graduate student however this amount is for standard graduate programs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Once you\u2019ve filled out your FAFSA form and received your financial aid award, make sure you stay eligible throughout the academic year\u2014and in subsequent years. View the Eligibility<\/a> page for more information.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Your Social Security Number (SSN) is\u00a0required for Boston University to receive your\u00a0Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)<\/a><\/strong>.
