All applications must be processed through ResidencyCAS (ResCAS).<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">All Applicants<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The following items and documents must be received along with your submitted ResidencyCAS application for it to be considered\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.liaisonedu.com\/ResidencyCAS_Applicant_Help_Center\/Submitting_and_Monitoring_Your_ResidencyCAS_Application\/Before_and_After_You_Submit_Your_ResidencyCAS_Application\/01_Submitting_and_Completing_Your_Application#Completing_Your_ResidencyCAS_Application\">complete<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical School Transcripts.<\/li>\n<li>Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE)<\/li>\n<li>Three letters of recommendation \u2013 one of which should be in the Standard Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) format <a href=\"https:\/\/help.liaisonedu.com\/ResidencyCAS_Applicant_Help_Center\/Filling_Out_Your_ResidencyCAS_Application\/Materials_Library\/ResidencyCAS_Materials_Library#Evaluations\">three letters of recommendation<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Personal Statement<\/li>\n<li>USMLE and\/or COMLEX transcript<\/li>\n<li>ECFMG Status Report (IMGs only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>International Medical Graduates<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates of international medical schools (non-U.S. or Canadian) must apply via the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), and are expected to meet the following requirements (in addition to the documents above) to be considered for an interview:\n<ul>\n<li>Must have had a minimum of one (1) year of &#8220;hands-on&#8221; clinical experience in the U.S. \u00a0Observerships or research rotations do not meet this requirement.<\/li>\n<li>No greater than three (3) years since the time of graduation from medical school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The institution preferentially sponsors J1 visas. H1B visas will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and availability any given year is dependent on a variety of factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Interview Season<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>All interviews will be held virtually for the academic year 2025-2026.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Interview dates are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>November 19, 2025 &#8211; ( 7:30AM &#8211; 5:00PM EST)<\/li>\n<li>December 3, 2025 &#8211; (7:30AM &#8211; 5:00PM EST)<\/li>\n<li>December 17, 2025 &#8211; (7:30AM &#8211; 5:00PM EST)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The application submission deadline is Wednesday, September 24th @ Midnight, EST<\/em>. <span>Only those applicants with complete applications will be considered for an interview.\u00a0 Applicants selected for interview will be notified by email and given an opportunity to choose one of the designated interview dates via ResCAS, an online interview scheduling service. Offers for interviews will be released on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">BMC OBGYN Residency Program Interview Standards<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Post-interview Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We do not communicate routinely with any of our applicants after the interview day.\u00a0 However, we do welcome any questions about our program that you may have after your interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Second Look\/In-Person Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do not offer formal second looks after interviews.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that some applicants may want to visit in person to get a feel for our hospital, meet our residents, or explore the city\u2014and we welcome that interest. We also know that not everyone wants or is able to travel, even when they\u2019re truly excited about a program.<\/p>\n<p>Please know that whether or not you visit will have <em>no bearing<\/em> on how we view your application or your place on our rank list.
