To provide the best possible care for our patients seeking \u201cone stop shopping\u201d, we offer coordinated services from obstetrics and gynecology, adult infectious disease and pediatric infectious disease specialists with on-site case management, pharmacist counseling, and peer support.<\/p>\n<h2>Our services include:<\/h2>\n<h4>\u00a0Prenatal and postpartum care:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in management of HIV\/AIDS during pregnancy and the postpartum period<\/li>\n<li>Medication counseling<\/li>\n<li>Postpartum care and reproductive life planning<\/li>\n<li>Culturally humble and Lesbian\/Gay\/Bisexual\/Transgender\/Gender Non-conforming inclusive care<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in high-risk pregnancy<\/li>\n<li>Breastfeeding consultation and support<\/li>\n<li>Care coordination across specialties including infectious disease, endocrinology, cardiology for maternal and fetal conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preconception care:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preconception counseling for people living with HIV\/AIDS and Serodifferent couples<\/li>\n<li>Infertility evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Connection to PrEP for women &amp; Serodifferent couples<\/li>\n<li>Care coordination with the Center for Infectious Diseases<\/li>\n<li>Linkages to PrEP providers in Massachusetts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Full-spectrum gynecologic care:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cervical cancer screening and colposcopy<\/li>\n<li>Family planning services and contraceptive counseling<\/li>\n<li>Outpatient\/Inpatient surgery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0Referrals available for:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Infant linkage to Pediatric infectious disease care for exposure follow up<\/li>\n<li>Linkages to specialized primary care and support for people living with and affected by HIV<\/li>\n<li>Linkages to behavioral health services<\/li>\n<li>Linkage to treatment for addiction and substance use disorder<\/li>\n<li>HIV testing for partners and family members<\/li>\n<li>Genetic counseling and testing<\/li>\n<li>Birth preparedness and childbirth education classes<\/li>\n<li>Doula services and labor support through the Birth Sisters Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0Outreach services<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Our staff are available to provide education and presentations on HIV treatment and prevention to providers and groups in the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0Financial Concerns<\/h4>\n<p>No one is turned away because of lack of funds. This program is funded through the Congressional Ryan White Care Act Title I, II, and IV Programs. Program staff have many years of experience working with people living with HIV\/AIDS and share a long-term commitment to this work.
