These include glycan isomer analysis, glycoproteomics, and top-down analysis of glycoproteins. The MSR currently houses two mass spectrometers with IMS functionality: a conventional <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/cbms\/instruments\/agilent-6560-ims-tof-mass-spectrometer\/\">drift-time IMS-Q-TOF instrument<\/a>, and a dual-source hybrid<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/cbms\/instruments\/bruker-daltonics-12t-solarix-fourier-transform-mass-spectrometer\/\">Qh-FTICR mass spectrometer<\/a>\u00a0equipped with a prototype trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS) device.
