Atomic Lab is focused on understanding human immune responses to viruses and vaccines by combining ‘omics’ technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We aim to analyze the complex ‘omics’ data and pinpoint how the human immune system responds to infections like influenza and SARS-CoV-2, leading to the creation of more effective vaccines.

We use multi-omics data and computational models to predict immune responses and identify key markers for protection, helping us to understand the varied immune responses among individuals. By making our AI platform widely available, we’re working to speed up research into immune responses and vaccine development, making strides towards ‘smarter’ vaccines against infectious diseases.
