All medical students are encouraged to present their research. The event is open to the entire campus!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800080;\">UPDATE (1\/19\/2024): Oral Presenters Selected!\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The following students were selected as oral presenters for the January 29, 2024 symposium. They will share their research 1:15 &#8211; 2:25 PM on the day of the event. Congrats to the presenters!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anne Li<\/li>\n<li>Joy Ha<\/li>\n<li>Claire Stover<\/li>\n<li>Daniel Sconzo<\/li>\n<li>Eric Sung<\/li>\n<li>Rose Zhao<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Displaying Your Research at the Symposium<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Abstracts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical students who would like to participate in the symposium may submit an abstract by using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/medstudentresearch\/abstract-submission-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abstract Submission Form<\/a><span>. The<\/span> Medical Student Research Steering Committee will select several students for short talks.<\/li>\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/medstudentresearch\/abstract-guidelines-for-the-medical-student-research-symposium\/\">Abstract Guidelines<\/a>\u00a0to write your abstract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Poster Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do not make your poster longer than 48\u201d in any one dimension.<\/li>\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/medstudentresearch\/tips-on-poster-design-presentation\/\">Tips on Poster Design &amp; Presentation<\/a> to create your poster.<\/li>\n<li>You will be notified as the date gets closer about procedures for setting up your poster on the day of event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Symposium Schedule of Events<\/h4>\n<p>12:00-12:10\u00a0 \u00a0Welcome addresses<br \/>\n12:15-12:45\u00a0 \u00a0 Group A poster presenters (even #)<br \/>\n12:45-1:15\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Group B poster presenters (odd #).
