Popular titles include:<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/buprimo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/primo-explore\/search?query=any,contains,harrisons%20principles%20of%20internal%20medicine%20&amp;tab=default_tab&amp;search_scope=default_scope&amp;vid=BU&amp;lang=en_US&amp;offset=0\" class=\"bold\">Harrison&#8217;s Principles of Internal Medicine<\/a>\u00a0and<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/buprimo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/primo-explore\/search?query=any,contains,williams%20obstetrics&amp;tab=default_tab&amp;search_scope=default_scope&amp;sortby=rank&amp;vid=BU&amp;facet=rtype,include,books&amp;lang=en_US&amp;offset=0\" class=\"bold\">Williams Obstetrics<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When using Access Medicine it is possible to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Browse each e-textbook individually by chapter<\/li>\n<li>Locate information using an A-Z index of medical subjects<\/li>\n<li>Find quick reviews of topics using the alphabetical listing of diseases<\/li>\n<li>Search across the entire collection by using the search box located at the top of each page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: When using any of the four above search methods it is also possible to limit searches by resource (i.e. to a specific e-textbook) or by topic. Limit searches by clicking on the limit links on the left side of all Access Medicine&#8217;s search pages.<\/p>\n<p>For example: How does chronic fatigue syndrome present itself in a patient. First search for chronic fatigue syndrome, using one of the four above methods, and then limit the search by clicking on the limit link &#8220;symptoms and signs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE NOTE: It is important to log out of e-textbooks when you are finished to ensure that others will also be able to use them.
