Sheila Chapman and Sabrina Assoumou for being named Associate Chairs for Under<\/span><span>&#8211;<\/span><span>Represented Minority Faculty Development.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The goal of the Under<\/span><span>&#8211;<\/span><span>Represented Minority in Medicine (URM) Post<\/span><span>&#8211;<\/span><span>Graduate and Faculty Development Program is to increase the recruitment, retention, advancement, vitality, and visibility of URM trainees and faculty in the Department of Medicine (DOM).
