These awards are administered by <a href=\"mailto:Jay.Orlander@va.gov\">Jay Orlander, MD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nominations open every Spring for 4-6 weeks. The Awards Committee is not obligated to select an awardee nor is it limited to a single awardee.<\/p>\n<p>Past Winners are listed on award pages and are ineligible for nomination. Winners receive recognition at the Evans Days dinner.
