How to Add a Delegated Mailbox to your Outlook profile:<\/h3>\n

  1. Open Outlook and click the File<\/strong> tab.\n

  2. Under the Account Information sections, click Account Settings<\/strong> -> Account Settings<\/strong>.\n

  3. In the Account Settings window, under the E-mail tab, Select<\/em> your email address in the list, then click Change<\/strong>.\n

  4. On the bottom right in the Change Account window, click More settings…
    \n<\/strong>

  5. This will bring up a small windows labeled Microsoft Exchange. In that window, click into the Advanced<\/strong> tab.\n

  6. a. Click Add<\/strong> to add the delegated mailbox.
    \nb. Enter<\/em> in the delegated mailbox’s address and click OK<\/strong>.
    \nc. Click Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  7. You should now see the delegated mailbox listed below your personal mailbox\u00a0in your Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are not able to expand the folders for the mailbox that you just added, your permissions for delegate access to the account may not have been granted.<\/p>\n
