BUMC IT is in the process of migrating all users to Exchange 2010, and the quota will increase to 4GB.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong> \u2013 read your mail with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/comm\/email\/exchange\/desktop-clients\/outlook\/\" target=\"_blank\">Outlook<\/a> or other supported\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/comm\/email\/exchange\/desktop-clients\/\">desktop clients<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/comm\/email\/exchange\/mobile-devices\/\">mobile device clients<\/a>, or through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/accounts\/email\/comm\/email\/exchange\/owa\/\">Outlook Web Access<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calendaring<\/strong> \u2013 manage your own schedule and look at others\u2019 calendars (with their permission) to more easily book appointments and meetings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mailing lists<\/strong> \u2013 use BU\u2019s public and private distribution lists, or create your own.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address books<\/strong> \u2013 access BU\u2019s Global Address List or centrally manage your contacts with multiple address books.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Synchronization<\/strong> \u2013 keep your e-mail, contacts, and calendar updated and in sync between your computer and mobile device.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retention<\/strong> \u2013 E-mail in the Trash is retained indefinitely for active accounts.
