In BUworks, under Provider, select &#8220;<strong>BUMC Information Technology<\/strong>&#8220;.\u00a0 <strong>The price for a single license is $90.\u00a0 A small server license costs $900, and a large server license is priced at $3,200.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"BUMC IT Internal Service Request\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/it\/support\/bumc-it-isr\">Click here to see how to submit an ISR for BUMC IT services.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>After your ISR is submitted a ticket will be created for you which will be used to provide the requested users access to SAS. <strong>Please do not submit a separate ticket! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sure the provider is &#8220;BUMC Information Technology&#8221;, if you enter the wrong provider, we will not receive it and it will delay your request!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need to submit SAS requests for multiple users, <a title=\"SAS Department Renewal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/it\/files\/2024\/10\/SAS.Department.Renewal.xlsx\">you can download this spreadsheet and attach it to an ISR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>ISRs submitted in July and August will have their payment processed after new SAS licenses are available in late August\/early September.<\/p>\n<p>If you have other questions about the ISR payment process contact the Service Desk at 617-358-4540.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BUMC IT uses Internal Service Requests for payment of SAS.
