After 6:00pm Monday-Friday, and at any time during the the weekend, please check with the Circulation Desk (617-358-4902) to find out if a full-time staff member will be able to assist you with your print\/copy card pick-up.\n\n\n<h4>Purchasing Print\/Copy Cards<\/h4>\n\n\nCards are used for both printers and photocopiers and can be purchased at the self-serve Card Dispenser.\n\nThe self-serve Card Dispenser is located diagonally across\u00a0from the Circulation Desk. Initially, a copy card costs $1, which includes the cost of the card plus 5 pages. Thereafter, the cards can be encoded with additional amounts at $.12 per copy. The Card Dispenser accepts bills only and does not give change.\n\nDepartments may purchase Print\/Copy cards using Boston University requisition orders, or Boston Medical Center grant or account numbers submitted with a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sourcing\/\">purchase requisition<\/a>, by contacting Sandhya Agnihotri, by email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sandhya@bu.edu\">sandhya@bu.edu<\/a>\u00a0or by telephone at (617) 358-2391. For help with purchase requisition orders, please email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:proolr@bu.edu\">proolr@bu.edu<\/a>\u00a0or call (617) 358-3234.\n\nPrint\/Copy cards are your responsibility. Identify your card by writing your name, e-mail address or telephone number on the card. Print\/Copy cards can be used in the photocopy machines.\n--><\/p>\n<h4>Printers<\/h4>\n<p>Printers are located on the following floors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Ground Floor (L Basement) near the Bank of America ATM and vending machines<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><!--\n \t\n\n<li>1st floor in Room HOU R107<\/li>\n\n\n<\/li>\n\n\n--><\/li>\n<li>11th floor in Rooms INS 1102<\/li>\n<li>12th floor next to the Reference\/Circulation Desk<\/li>\n<li>12th floor next to the Scanner\/Photocopier<\/li>\n<li>13th floor next to the elevators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For print jobs greater than 25 pages, we encourage you to use the printers located on the Ground Floor, in INS 1102, on 12th Floor next to the Scanner\/Photocopier, and on the 13th Floor next to the elevators.<\/p>\n<p>Printers located in Public Computing Areas (INS 1102, 12th and 13th Floors) are available during normal business hours.<br \/>\nThe Ground Floor (L Basement) printer is available for use 24\/7.<br \/>\n<!--\n\n<h4>Scanners<\/h4>\n\n\nScanners are located on the 11th floor in INS 1102 and next to the photocopiers on the 12th, and 13th floors of the library and enable you to scan and send documents to library printers, an email address, or save to a USB drive.\n--><br \/>\n<!--No charge is involved except for the print option (the charge is the standard $.12\/page charge for printing, paid via Print\/Copy card).\nIn addition, there are 3 IBM scanners on the 12th Floor (1 PC and 1 Mac).--><\/p>\n<h4>Additional Print Services<\/h4>\n<p>BUMC students, faculty and staff may send and print documents to the Medical Campus FedEx Office at the BUMC contracted pricing rate of $.03 for B\/W and $.39 for color per image ($.06 for B\/W and $.78 for color for double-sided) via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docstore.fedex.com\/bu\">https:\/\/docstore.fedex.com\/bu<\/a>, available as a desktop link from BUMC Library computers. You can then pick up your documents at the FedEx Office Center location in the Talbot Building near Albany St. and adjacent to the Bank of America ATM. If you print at the FedEx Office, you cannot use your BU Print\/Copy Card for payment.<\/p>\n<p>Additional information about FedEx Offices on the Medical Campus is available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/psg.office.fedex.com\/bu\/\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Photocopy Services<\/h4>\n<p>Photocopy request forms are available at the Circulation Desk or on the Web using the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/medlib\/services\/servicesinterlibrary-loan-ill\/interlibrary-loan-ill-form\/\">ILL Request Form<\/a>.
