New items will be added to the top of this list.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Q.1. <\/strong>When first attaching a document it did not show up as saved after hitting saved the first time.\u00a0 Still never found where it went.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A.1.<\/strong> I am afraid that this will be a common \u201cproblem\u201d. You actually must \u201csave\u201d twice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the green \u201cbar\u201d to add a study document.\u00a0 That will pull up an attachment \u201ccover\u201d page.\u00a0 Complete the questions on this page (doc name, version number, version date, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Then click \u201cupload\u201d to find document from your files.\u00a0 Once you locate the file from your browser click SAVE.<\/li>\n<li>You will see VIEW THE DOCUMENT in the upper right hand corner (open this to verify that you have the correct document).<\/li>\n<li>Then click SAVE DOCUMENT<\/li>\n<li>This will bring you to the \u201cAttach Study Documents Page\u201d.\u00a0 You should see your most recent attachment at the top of the list (if you have multiple attachments).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that the box is check on the left (by default it should be checked).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Then make sure you click on SAVE ATTACHMENTS in the upper right.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>***I think this is the step that you missed and so you uploaded your document but you never \u201cattached it\u201d to a specific section. Check again, it should still be there if you saved it under \u201cother study attachments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>***Start reading from the bottom.
