The Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University School of Medicine/ Boston Medical Center is rapidly expanding its clinical, basic, and translational research programs in Hematology and Oncology. Positions for both clinical and laboratory-based investigators are available in Thoracic, Head and Neck, Breast, Gastrointestinal, and Genitourinary Oncology, as well as in benign hematology and hematologic malignancies.
Under the leadership of Section Chief and Cancer Center Co-Director Matthew Kulke, MD, the Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology is leveraging its resources to bring cutting-edge cancer care to a diverse patient population in the city of Boston and New England. The section forms a major component of the BU/BMC Cancer Center, which provides a full range of modern diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with cancer and blood diseases; carries out clinical and laboratory research to improve outcomes for these diseases; and trains physicians and investigators to carry on this mission in the future.
