Specific session assignments will be sent out in September. Each presenter will be allotted a maximum of 15 minutes: 10 minutes for their presentation plus five minutes for clarifying questions and answers. The moderator in each oral presentation room will prompt you to keep you on time. We strongly encourage all presenters to practice their presentation ahead of time. Computers and LCD projectors will be available to support PowerPoint. Please plan to arrive at the room scheduled for your presentation at least ten minutes before the session is to begin.<\/p>\n<p>To complete the requirements for CME accreditation, all oral presenters need to complete the following forms, and return to HARC staff by <strong>August 19, 2011:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/healthliteracyconference\/files\/2011\/08\/CME-Disclosure-Form-NEW-2009v1.doc\"><strong>CME Disclosure Form<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/healthliteracyconference\/files\/2011\/08\/13-Content-Validation-NEW-2009-08.doc\">CME Content Validation<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please enter your name\/degrees and complete the forms per the instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Please sign the forms and return\u00a0by scan\/email to <a href=\"mailto:michael.cohen1@bmc.org\">michael.cohen1@bmc.org<\/a>, or by fax to 1-617-414-4676, ATTN: Michael Cohen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster Presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will be 2 poster sessions, one Monday October 17 from 5-7pm, with a light reception,\u00a0and one on Tuesday during lunch from 12-1:30pm.\u00a0 Specific session assignments will be sent out in September.<\/p>\n<p>The format of the poster should be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Printed posters should be a maximum of 3 feet, 10 inches high (1.17 meters) by 2 feet, 10 inches wide (.86 meters).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is some important information for presenters at the 2011 Health Literacy Research Conference: Oral Abstract Presentation These sessions will be 90 minutes long, with five presentations followed by 15 minutes of discussion amongst the entire group.
