Attending students had the chance to view research presentations, network, attend professional development seminars and speak to graduate institutions about their STEM-based programs. <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4-636x477.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"293\" height=\"220\" class=\" wp-image-90595 alignright\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4-636x477.jpeg 636w, https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/files\/2022\/11\/Image-4.jpeg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 293px) 100vw, 293px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s GMS representatives at <span>ABRCMS included Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion Angelique Harris, PhD Assistant Professor of Medicine Isabel Dominguez, PhD, PhD student Chelsea Skeete and MD\/PhD student Kristine Abo. In addition, students from last year&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/students\/dei\/undergraduate-summer-and-youth-programs\/stars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Summer Training as Research Scholars (STaRS)<\/a> cohort attended and helped to share information about the program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/gms\/students\/dei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility at GMS here<\/a>.
