Please be sure to log in to the Student Link to put in your refund request before that date so that we can process your refund without delay. Once we have approved your refund, the request will be sent to Student Accounting Services to be released to you. You can expect the funds to post in your bank account within 2-3 business days from the time that Student Accounting releases the funds, depending on the processing time of your bank.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PA, Class of 2022:<\/strong> 12\/6\/21<\/li>\n<li><strong>PA, Class of 2023:<\/strong> 1\/3\/22<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oral Health Sciences:<\/strong> 1\/3\/22<\/li>\n<li><strong>All others GMS programs:<\/strong> 1\/20\/22<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>SNAP Benefit Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Due to a change in federal law, some graduate college students not previously eligible, may now be able to receive SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. More information about this benefit change and how college students may be temporarily eligible for SNAP is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fns.usda.gov\/snap\/students\">available\u00a0here.<\/a> In some instances, you may be asked to have your financial aid office provide additional documentation, such as the Educational Income and Expense form. If you need SFS to complete this document, you may come by our office or email the form, with part A completed, to <a href=\"mailto:osfs-gms@bu.edu\">osfs-gms@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Other SFS Reminders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Changes to Spring 2021 Enrollment<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/strong>If you have finalized your Spring 2022 registration and no longer are enrolled as you anticipated and reported to SFS in your GMS Aid Application, please email our office at <a href=\"mailto:osfs-gms@bu.edu\">osfs-gms@bu.edu<\/a>. Adjustments to your cost of attendance and\/or financial aid award may be necessary as financial aid is awarded based on your enrollment plans listed on your financial aid application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Student Loan Relief Update<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/strong>The Department of Education extension of the pandemic relief for federal student loan borrowers has been extended to May 31, 2022. The student loan relief, which began in March 2020, includes temporary 0% interest rates, reprieve on loan payments, and paused collection of defaulted federal student loans.
