It enables you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fns.usda.gov\/snap\/eligible-food-items%5D\"><span class=\"s1\">buy food <\/span><\/a>through an EBT card (like a debit card). SNAP can be used to buy food at supermarkets, grocery and convenience stores, farmers markets, online food markets, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">State SNAP agencies administer the program, process applications, and determine eligibility.
