She will discuss how she transitioned from a successful career in science to filmmaking. All students, faculty and staff are invited to this seminar. Dr. Weiss will show the film trailer and several clips from the film.<\/p>\n<p><em>Losing Control<\/em>, her first feature film, is a romantic comedy based on her experience in a Harvard University lab, filmed in Cambridge and Boston. It is being shown at the Kendall Square Cinema this Friday, April 6.
