B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte got her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Lille, France. She came to Boston in 2019 to do an interdisciplinary postdoc, prior to transitioning into an administrative postdoc position in graduate and postdoctoral affairs at Boston University.
