academic community is critical to strengthening forensic sciences as a whole.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Therefore, we welcome and embrace individuals of all backgrounds, life experiences and identities.\u00a0 The BMFS faculty and staff are committed to creating and fostering an environment that celebrates individual differences, supports a commitment to anti-racism and condemns all forms of discrimination.\u00a0 We recognize that actions are the substance of change and will work to ensure that our actions are consistent with the statements above.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Further, by
